Modi is owner of ‘BJP drama company’, says Ramalinga Reddy
Home Minister Ramalinga Reddy on Tuesday said the Bharatiya Janata Party was like a “drama company.”
Speaking to reporters at Chickballapur on the sidelines of a programme to launch logo of decennial anniversary of Chickballapur district formation, Mr. Reddy said: “(Prime Minister) Narendra Modi is the owner of the BJP drama company and (BJP president) Amit Shah its manager”.
The BJP leaders in Karnataka and Goa are the artists of this drama company, Mr. Reddy said, referring to the controversy surrounding Mahadayi issue.
Referring to the remarks by Goa Irrigation Minister Vinod Palekar, Mr. Reddy quipped he (Mr. Palekar) is unfit to become a Minister. “Making derogatory remarks against the people of a State is unfair on the part of a Minister.” BJP leaders are masterminding the statements insulting Karnataka, he added.
