Hamish Finlayson hogs the limelight at GES

The Australian seventh grader and the youngest entrepreneur is attending the Global Entrepreneurship Summit for the second time.

The wonder boy and the youngest entrepreneur, Hamish Finlayson was the cynosure of all eyes at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit here on Tuesday.

But unaffected by all the admiration and adulation, Finlayson, Australian Seventh grader, says his passion for developing Apps started as he wanted to develop his own videogame.

With six Apps already under his belt and six more in the pipeline, Hamish developed his first App when he was just 10.

This is the second GES summit he is attending and more than money, what gives him thrill is thousands of likes his games and Apps generate.

Hamish began creating a suite of digital products and apps designed to save turtles , stop people trashing our oceans and to improve the lives of people with autism everywhere. Hamish has autism.

Using his Triple T – the Turtle hero character and 5 apps being used by customers in over 54 countries , Hamish wants to break down barriers and make the world a better place.

How does he manage his passion for digital games and apps and his school curriculum, Hamish says with a chuckle, ‘ Home work comes first and then I am free to devote my time for my passion’.

Hamish is inspired by IOX /Moonshot Thinking and wants to scale his technology to solve big problems confronting the world. Space technology is another interest he would like to focus on when he grows up, Hamish says.His father Graeme Finlayson says Hamish was given an opportunity to work with Apple and Face Book on a fast track.
